Shipping Policy for Drishti & Zahabia:
Please ensure that you provide us with the correct shipping address. We do not take any responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the client.
Domestic couriers:
We offer free shipping for all orders shipped within India.
We will attempt to deliver the parcel three times. If the delivery is unsuccessful, it will be the buyers responsibility to pick up the product from our office in Mumbai. Charges for the same will have to be borne by the buyer.
International shipping:
For international orders, shipping will be charged based on the weight and dimensions of the order whichever is higher. To match the policies of the shipping company, all weights will be rounded up to next 500 grams. Every order will be charged as per actuals. Please note that any customs duties or taxes imposed by the destination country will be the responsibility of the buyer.
The courier company will attempt the delivery two times post which the buyer will have to pick up the parcel from the nearby courier office. Charges for the same will have to be borne by the buyer.
Please note, all garments listed on the website are custom made hence we will take a minimum of 30-35 business days to process the order. Any delays in shipping due to bank holidays, festivals, or unforeseen situations beyond our control will not be our responsibility. We will do our best to keep you updated on the status of your order and any delays that may occur.
Once an order is placed, you can request for address change within 48 hours of placing an order.
Please note that we do not offer cash on delivery as a payment option.
